Sahatek is a software company based in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul, that builds accounting, field sales, e-Fatura / e-Arşiv / e-İrsaliye, retail POS, B2B dealer ordering and e-commerce (including ikas) software. All of its products share the same database. Sahatek has been in the industry for more than 10 years.

The accounting and field sales subscription costs ₺800 per month or ₺8,000 per year for a single user (20% VAT included). For three or more users it is ₺750 per user per month or ₺7,000 per user per year. POS, B2B, e-commerce and the ikas integration are quoted to your needs.

Yes. You can use Sahatek free for 30 days. We set it up and enter the first records together with you over the phone.

Yes. Field sales, POS, B2B, e-commerce and the ikas integration all use the same data as Sahatek Accounting. An invoice issued in the field, a sale at the till or a dealer's order shows up in accounting without any separate transfer.

We set it up together with you by phone and remote connection. After the sale we keep supporting you by phone and remotely. You can reach us Weekdays 09:00 – 19:00 (Istanbul time) on 0850 532 76 90.

Because we develop our software with our own team, we can add custom report screens and modules on request. Tell us what you need and we'll review it together.

Yes. Data is kept in the cloud, so you can sign in from a computer, tablet or phone wherever there is internet. It can also be used on Windows, and you can restrict some users to signing in only from the office computer.

Records are backed up in real time. You can also export all of your data to Excel at any time.

Yes. With more than 350 permissions you can switch purchase prices, margins, discounts, price changes and cancellations on or off per user.

Yes, you can use it free for 30 days. We set it up and enter the first records together with you over the phone.

Yes. A sales rep can sell, collect payment and take returns in an area with no signal. Records are kept in the phone's database and sent to the server when the connection is back.

Yes. The app runs on both Android and iOS devices.

When you make GPS mandatory, the points where the rep made transactions appear on a map. The route list also shows which customers were visited.

Yes. The rep prints receipts and invoices from the printer in the vehicle. We adapt the invoice layout to your company.

e-Fatura is an invoice sent through the GİB system between two companies that are both registered for e-Fatura. An e-Arşiv invoice is the electronic invoice issued to people and companies that are not registered. Which one you issue depends on the buyer's registration status.

e-İrsaliye is the electronic version of the delivery note issued when goods are shipped, created digitally and sent through the GİB system. It has the same legal standing as a paper delivery note.

It depends on thresholds set by GİB for revenue, sector and type of activity, and these thresholds are updated from time to time. We check your company's situation with you over the phone.

You can view your documents, follow their status and download them again on Sahatek E-Portal or İzibiz E-Portal.

Yes. Sahatek POS works offline; sales are recorded and sent to the central system when the connection is back.

Yes. Barcode scales and weighing scales are integrated, so weighed products are sold by scanning their barcode.

Yes. You can sell to a customer on account; the balance and movements appear on their account statement.

Yes. Each branch keeps its own stock, you can transfer between branches, and reports are available per cashier, branch and company.

An online shop is open to everyone for retail sales. B2B is a closed ordering system that only the dealers you set up can log in to, where each dealer sees their own prices and account balance.

Yes. Besides the website, dealers can order from the Android and iOS app.

Yes. Orders are transferred to Sahatek Accounting, so there is nothing to enter by hand.

Yes. You set prices per dealer, and each dealer only sees their own prices when they log in.

Yes. We build a company-specific online shop with an admin panel, virtual POS, cash on delivery, carrier integration and product reviews.

Yes. Orders are transferred to Sahatek Accounting and stock stays the same on every channel; an item sold in the shop is also reduced online.

No. You keep using your ikas store as it is; the ikas integration connects its orders and stock to Sahatek.

You no longer enter ikas orders by hand. The order is transferred to Sahatek, the customer account and sale are created, the invoice is issued, and stock stays the same on both sides.

Yes. Stock is kept in Sahatek and sent to ikas. Sales in the shop or in the field are also reflected in ikas stock.
